Wills and Estates Lawyer

Sean Henry

Sean primarily handles the Wills and Estates for Millwater Tyrrell Law. He completed his Bachelor degree in Law at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2016 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2018.

Sean is experienced in Wills and Estates and Property law. While studying, Sean developed his passion for property while working in Ipswich as a cadastral surveying assistant. This additional practical experience enables Sean to practically guide clients through the various laws of land ownership in estate planning and conveyancing.

Having been raised in a local small family business, Sean understands the importance of listening to his clients and understanding exactly what his clients wish to achieve before giving legal advice.

“I believe that to exceed expectations you have to understand the person and what they wish to achieve. By actively listening to my clients, I firstly understand their issues and goals, and then formulate a strategy to best suit their needs. Everybody has their own goals, so I personalise my legal advice to target and achieve those individual goals. In my experience, the clients I have worked with really appreciate my no nonsense and practical approach.”

Sean is an Ipswich local, having grown up and completed his schooling in Ipswich.

Outside of the office, you can find Sean playing basketball with his mates in the local Ipswich competition or cheering on the Ipswich Jets as a member of the Switch City Committee.
